bottom end question

Well im about to do my sleeves and was just wondering does anyboby have the round about price to have the block blueprint and balance and a GOOD shop to have all this done. thanks for your time.

What motor? What kinda sleeve? Do you need the motor to be fully assembled? Pricing with vary depending on these factors.
