Yeah dude that installed the suspension broke them... He bought a new control arm with bolts... But you have to drop the rear subframe to have clearance to pull the bolt out on the forward bushing to be able to remove the lca

tig weld on the bolt and build up enough material to grab with some vise grips.
the process of welding will heat it up to make it easy to break it loose....
takes far less effort then center punching and drilling for forever

If all else fails helicoil. Could thread and tap a small bolt into the broken one and make a small bead on it.

Advance sells a decent Lisle impact driver that can be socketed for a stripped nut extractor. You could gently apply that 200 ft. Lbs of torque to a right sized extractor over that bolt stub.
