Default Bogging/miss problem

Ok my car still has the stock y7 in it, and i just drove it this morning and my CEL came on, and it felt real boggy like i let out the gas and it's exceptionally throaty and gurgling. I have a apexi N1 turbo exhaust on it, and the timing is advanced(been like that over a year) I think it might have a miss in it ima take to to my friends house later and have him scan it for me. Also I believe my tranny mount is busted so my motor has had alot of movement goin on when driving hard.

I just let it cool off, so i'm thinking its my IAC b/c when i tap the gas the rpm's go up then fall down to like 600 and rise back up. I pray it's that atlease.

just drove it about 5miles, when it's cold it idles perfect, once it's warm it falls to like 400rpm and goes up to 700rpm.
