Question Best Interior Paint

Who makes the best interior paint and where can i get it? I want to paint all the plastic trim in my civic and if anyone who has done it has pointers, please let me know. Also, does anyone know if a 99 civic cupholder fits in a 98 civic?

As funny as you all are, maybe i should explain WHY i have to paint. The interior was painted with regular shitty spray paint, and that is now cracking off. So i need to at least make it look decent. I will be painting the hard plastic trim pieces.
