Interior paint suggestions
i'm planning on painting the interior vinel, door covers, plastic parts etc... Does anyone know how this can be done so it looks smooth and glossy? is there any websites that show how to do this, any help would be nice.
yeah i know of plenty of places to take it, but i would like to do it myself. One of my boyz got his done at gary's the other day, he fiberglassed and painted some of his interior parts, it looked good, but i would like to do it myself for expenses. hey streamline girl, i saw you pulled over on the interstate the other day, what was that for?
They sell vinly/fabric paint at wal-mart. Used it on my dash, door panels, and A-Pillar. Came out great for a $4 can of paint. Make sure you coat it several times though and clear-coat. Primer couldn't hurt either. There is a limited selection of colors at wal-mart, but I'm sure they sell the stuff at other places.

Yah...the cop pulled me for speeding and no front tag!!!!
But some how... i got lucky and he let me off.... i dont know how i talked my way outta that one.... but i was soooooo happy!!!
But if you want your pieces to look nice and smooth and you dont want your upholstery texture to show... you gotta like use primer and this one fiberglass stuff i forget what its called....
Hi all...I'm new here...but I know alot about this painting the interior thing.
It can be done yourself...using materials from Home Depot for like 30 bucks...
It is time consuming though....prep is half of painting.
Shoot me a PM for more details.
