BBK adjustable clutch cables=the lose
Being I am not the first person to have one crap out on me. Installed an oem clutch cable on the car. Pedal feels nice, much better than the BBK adjustable crap. Adam and I compared the two cables and the BBK was atleast 6 inches longer. I even scored some tan clotch seats from Adam of RPM. free weight reduction. Learned my lesson, Just a firewall adjuster and a stock cable.
Oh and Beverly and I was revved by GASALEEN too turning off Broad St.

For the local Mustang guys, I would fray from Adjustable cables. I have seen and heard too many bad stories and one actually happened to me. Stick with oem.

Using the UPR cable myself and am yet to have any problems with it. The only adjustments I ever make are up top at the firewall anyway though. The end of the cable I just kind of set it and forget it.

See, that is it. I have seen some with zero issues and why I chose it. Figured I wasn't running enough hp and all that to stretch one or break it.
I know Jarrod had issues with his, and there is usually some threads on the various sites with people having issues. One guy broke 3 adjustables including a steeda unit and been using the stocker for 2 years now with no more issues. Just wish I found out before hand.
The $51 cable was worth from having the trouble I had.

Well see above. It can happen as some people just have been fortunate but as I have researched the topic a bit, many people are fraying from adjustables and going with oem with a firewall adjuster.

I've broken two. Never, ever had an issue with the stock cable or quadrant. That is what I'm sticking with. If I ever have a "have to get it" bug, I'd being going with the MM setup, which retains the stock cable.
