hey im getting a b20 swap in my 96 hatch wha kinda ecu i need...?

Are you doing a B20/VTEC swap or just straight B20?
A OBD1 P28 would be best for a B20/VTEC swap, which would then be able to be tuned with Hondata, Crome, etc.
A straight B20 swap would be fine with an LS ECU, and you may want to do some tuning with a AFC or something similar. You could also just use the stock B20 ECU if it's an OBD2 B20 you've got. The tuning for an LS will be different but not too significantly different.

When it comes to chipping ecu's all obd1 ecu's are pretty much the same.
