i havea a jdm b16a with crx sir axles and half shaft in my car.the car just shakes during acceeleration only.do you think this could be my alingment.the swap came from another car.i checked to make sure everything is tight.it is a lowered car.the parts car that the motor and axls were in didnt have a shaking problem.any suggestions

 

how bad does it shake? probly gona say its ur axles cause thats what it was on my bros integra.

 

its just a little.the first drive 25miles it didnt shake.now it shakes.i made sure everythings tight.so

 

What gear does it shake? Is it all gears? I am having the same issue and I think that it is my Diff. If you jack up the front of the car so the wheels are not on the ground of course, you can put the car in gear while it is running to see if the trans or axles are making a noise. Also you should be able to stop one wheel at a time to rule out the axles or axle.

A friend of mine's hatch was doin that and it turned out to be the halfshaft was bad. The car shook so bad that the lugnuts came loose...try that or axles.

 

i put in a brand new axle,still shakes but only sometimes.the old axle was clicking anyways.im not sure what i should try next.it is weird that it didnt shake when i first took it to school.but then on the way home it started to shake.i did find out that the steering arm bolt had come loose.could this have affected it?i could mess around with different positions.

the wheels are balanced and lugnuts are tight.the car didnt shake on the way to school but then it started when i was coming back home.i did hit a big pothole

 

When swapping my B-series into my crx i had to double check the axles. Make sure its ALL the way in to the hub.. It might look like its in there but check again. Also, how are your wheel bearings?
