I have a 88crx with b16 swap. It constantly grinds gears only at high rpm's. I am afraid I will ruin the trans if it keeps up. It is not a missed gear type of grind. It will go to the next gear but its like I am shifting without the clutch disengaged (can hear the gears crunching). Anyone know a fix for this.

syncro's are probably bad. tranny needs a rebuild. thats about your only option.

try putting gm synchromesh with friction additive, that helped mine
