even better....for about $1,000 or so less you can match a F23 short block with an H23 long block (also known as a Frankenstein G23 swap). When its tuened youll get about 200+ whp (all motor).

Parts:
F23A complete short block
H22A complete head
H22A crankshaft timing cog
H22A head studs
H22A head gasket
K20A OEM pisons, JDM or Type S (jumps your comp ratio to about 12.8:1)
H22A P31 ECU
B Series trans (your choice)
B series clutch & flywheel
H22 water pump
K20 piston rings, ACL F23 bearings, H22A gasket set
DA integra axles

there is some fabrication invloved but check 'import tuner" or "honda-tech" for the article, the guy from bolisbuilt explained what needs to be fabricated but its not much.

whole setup costs about $2000
b16A - $2,250 158hp
h22a - $2,400 195hp
GSR - $4,000 170hp
k20a - $6,000 198hp
k24 - $7,000 200hp

Im sure you can do the math on that one. I'd rather take lots of labor over lots of cost.
