Default Automatic To Manuel Sway

Aight everyone. I ran into a little problem. I'm attempting to swap out my girls auto trans and put in a manuel trans but I'm not sure if I have everything I need yet. I'm also wondering whether or not I'm in over my head. The following things are what I have already:

Trans from a D15 block
Clutch
Brake, Gas, and Clutch Pedals
Short Shifter
Hydraulic Lines
New Master Cylinder
Slave Cylinder
And Mounts That Came Off The D15 Trans

Is there anything that I am missing besides the ecu and idle air control?
And I know if I elect not to but the ecu in then I will get a Check Engine Light and also, something with it won't have a normal rev limiter. What will the rev limiter be until I replace this? If anyone can help me I would appreciate it! Any advise will help at this time. I'm almost ready to sell everything and keep her car a automatic!

You really believe I will need to change my axles as well? Transmission is the same one except for it is a manuel!

eg?

if so you need to drill out the tack welds that hold the trans mount on to the unibody and reweld a 5speed mount.

when taking the auto shifter out rewire the car so it thinks it's in park/neutral so it will start. should start and drive fine the ecu won't know the difference

shift linkage?
flywheel?
rear torq mount?
