Default Arggggg Bolt: help

Alright, my new OEM fender came in since my other one cracked and got a big hole in it (damn plastic). Anyways, I was taking off the old fender off and I got all the bolts and screws out, till I got to this one. I can not get at it, nothing will fit. I tried everything, open end wrench and all. I was just wondering if anyone of you know the best way to get at this bolt and get it off.

Heres what Im dealing with

P.s - I know I need a new backing plate, rotor, and caliper. The upper control arm is starting to turn its age also. Its an 84' what can I say, its been sitting for a 1 1/2 befor I got it.

that piece does not slide forward? On my 92 integra, i had a rail type piece that let me loosen everything and just slide the bumper cover on rails similar to what that looks like

Are you keeping the old bumper? If not , start cutting and ripping.

I am keeping the bumper. I only had 30 mins today to do it befor I had to go. I mainly just wanted to take it off so I can finish it tonight or tommorow morning. I am going to try an Box end, It looked like I could just pull it over but I didnt want to break it. I will try sliding it also. thanks for the help. This is the hardest time ive ever had in taking off fenders/bumpers. Then agian, I only had like 30 mins.
