Amp wiring help . . . . again
power anntenna wire is blue, remote turn on is blue w/ a white stripe. it's definitly a wiring problem, is it intermitant? works sometime, but not others? does the amp go into self protect mode?
do you have a voltage meter? you need to test the power like the other people are talking about to see if you are getting power to the amp
i have one ...i could check it out for you if needed

It worked all the time, jus stopped when I took a quik turn, I checked it out and the connection was dissconected then I hooked it up again and then the fuse blew, changed it, then still diddnt work so I bought another amp, still didnt work so I bought new wires, and still nothing ! ! Well I dont have a volt meter, if ya wanna come down and check it out that will be kool.
GOT IT WORKING ! ! ! !
well it looks like my power cable got a pretty bad cut through the firewall hole, and I just hooked up the remote wire to the powersource(red wire) and It came on

excuse the language... but HOLY FUCKIN SHIT bro. Power wire from battery to remote on head unit harness! Power wire from battery should go directly to amp. Ground should go directly to amp. The blue remote wire from CD play harness should have a wire running from the blue wire on harness directly to the amp. This wire will not be long enough on harness therefore you will need one wire to extend from harness to amp. This is all assuming you have no capacitor otherwise the power wire from battery should go to that first, then the amp. If you need help, I have no problem helping, but you have to come to me in Va Beach. Id hate to see you burn a car down because of faulty wiring... PM me if you would like some help.
