Amp wiring help . . . . again

Default Amp wiring help . . . . again

Welll..... all the sudden my amp stops working, so I go and I buy another one, so I hook it up and still nooo power. So I go and I buy another wiring kit. Its a better one this time. Well I hook everything up and still no power. I also had my buddy test out the old amp, and it works fine. I have no idea what the problem is, someone help me out! ! I need my boom boom back !

And my ground is just fine

did you replace your remote wire? maybe that came disconnected from the back of the head unit..

Yupp Remote wire is replaced, and has a pretty strong connection the the power attenae, should I just try to hooke it up to somewhere else ?

no there should be a remote wire on you cd player wire harness. if i recall its blue, and the antenna is the blue with a white stripe

also check your ground and make sure its grounded right

Ive grounded it in like 15 different places , still no power

Get a volt meter, turn key to on position so radio is on. Check for 12 volt at remote and power wire. If you have power to both, you need a better ground. If you dont, trace backwards on which wire does not have power.

First.. Check your inline fuse on your power wire. Then Make sure your power terminal is not corroded to bad. May not be getting power to the amp.

Dont hook your remote to your antenna. It needs to hook into the back of your head unit. There is a wire specifically for remote. it is blue like stated above.

It is hooked up to the back of the HU, it was there before and it worked.

this shit sucks, I should of had a pro do this
