Accord Idle Surging

1996 Honda Accord LX. 2.2 non-vtec motor. Idle surges when you start the car. Car has a new IAC and a new TPS. Coolant is full, and I've check all the grounds that I can see. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

see if there is the fast idle valve under the throttle body, my civic did that and that valve fell apart inside and and i had to put it back together.

You can always check for a vaccuum leak also.

It was the fitv under the throttle body. After I posted this, I went and took it off, pulled the cap off, and tightened it down. Put it back together, and idles perfect. Thanks anyways fellas.

i replaced my iac before i tred it too.
