Plenty of F series guys just swap to arp headstuds and run 14-18 psi daily. Its a plenty strong motor for boost in hondas standards. Matt shue, I belive tuned a f22 to 18 psi on a stock bottem end and its still together. And dont quote me but I belive its right around 400whp. And as for the head im not sure on f23 heads but f22 heads flow almost as well as f20,f22c heads, thats the reason bisi chose the f series. Depending on your needs and the fact that you do have experiance in boosted cars I belive you will do just fine with that motor.

awesome. thats what i was hoping to hear. i was figuring id use my 60 trim ive got laying around. what would i need ecu wise for tuning? i know i should search, but i know like 10 p[eople here will know the answer.

any obd1 ecu, obd2>obd1 conversion harness. and your choice of tuning program.
