Default AC Question

I have a 98 civic ex. The problem is when i turn on the AC the rpms drop and the car surges. Im thinking vacuum leak but has anyone run into this problem before?

i know there a sensor that ups your idle to compensate for the pull on the motor.

Take it lose from the IM and spray brake clean in the screens.. this should fix yer problem.
