My wife's 99 millenia is in the shop with a little engine noise under timing belt cover. Car runs fine, no power loss or anything. Sounds like maybe bearing noise off the water pump. If the car had a bent rocker arm as diagnosed, wouldn't it run rougher....more noise etc...just not sure I want to trust the diagnosis yet. Thanks for any help...

 

Yes it would run a little rough and the noise would be inside the valve cover. Get a second opinion on it.
