Default 99 civic coupe suspension question

Just got ahold of my wifes 99 civic coupe now that my car has been traded in and she gets the new car. Id love to stiffen up the suspension. Ive already got a set of eibach springs to put on it to lower it and a set of 16" rims. I was just curious as to what else really helps to stiffen up the suspension. I know the usual front and rear strut bars, but how about the front and rear lower bars, ive also seen the H brace? any of these trully work? as i dotn really want to be spending a ton of money on this as its not going to be a track car, just a daily driven car that i can enjoy my ride down the curvy route 10 with. thanks for any advice
