ok update.....got rid of the check engine light and drove car,car drives fine but when you stop it dies and at idle surge 200 rpm to stay under a 1000rpm and will start right up after cutting off...i went with stock injectors and and a ls stock throttle body the coolant lines under throttle body left open but i dont think thats the problem

Are the coolant lines to the fast idle thermovalve connected? Is the behavior changing depending on whether the engine is cold or hot? Does the LS throttle body have a different TPS than you used before?

yes it has a different tps sensor and no coolant lines connected to throttle body and it doesn't matter the weather cause when i drove it home from work idle acted the same...on my throttle body it's just lines no fast idle mechanism
