ok i just did A swap in my 96 hatch to a gsr block and a b16 head pnp 390cc dsm injectors 68mm throttle body aem rail and regulator walbro fuel pump now the problem is the the car dies when press the pedal and running real rich only code i got is 21 vtec solenoid before i did this swap i had a b20z in ran with no problems i used all the sensor from that motor except the tps....any help will be appreciated....

So you made all of those engine changes and haven't got tuned yet I assume....?

i have a resistor box installed and got a base map chip from phearable,the tps sensor was at a .08 so i moved it down to a .05 and i now i can give it gas,but the problem now is it won,t start unless you put your foot on the gas pedal

The base map is probably crap. Probably have a sensor problem also, likely MAP. That bigger throttle body will cause all kinds of problems without a good tune though. The flow will be wrong for the TPS reading.

yes sir^^ the throttle body is to big causing rich problems,and the hole on the throttle body for the map sensor was exposed but im confused bout the code 21 vtec solenoid

Its gonna be even more harder to start as you flood the cylinders with unburnt fuel. switch to stock injectors and stock ECU or map. See if it will run with that
