i have a resistor box installed and got a base map chip from phearable, the tps sensor was at a .08 so i moved it down to a .05 and i now i can give it gas,but the problem now is it won,t start unless you put your foot on the gas pedal

The base map is probably crap. Probably have a sensor problem also, likely MAP. That bigger throttle body will cause all kinds of problems without a good tune though. The flow will be wrong for the TPS reading.

Its gonna be even more harder to start as you flood the cylinders with unburnt fuel. switch to stock injectors and stock ECU or map. See if it will run with that
