Default 94-99 LS Swapping to GSR

I am looking for a 94-99 4dr GSR. I cannot seem to find one, and I think it will be cheaper on insurance if I just got an LS Teg and Dropped a GSR into it. I wanted to get some input, How much work is involved when Swapping a GS-R into an LS? I know I need the new block and what not, but what about axles, trans, ECU, Ect... Both cars will be Manual. Any input would benefit greatly. Thanks in advance

need gsr motor, ecu, and tranny, same mounts, same axles.
ls tranny can be used, but different gear ratios.
ls = longer; gsr = shorter.
need to wire in vtec, knock sensor, secondary intake solenoid, some other stuff i think.
