93 s13 EGI help
hey guys my KA wont start, and when i go to turn the car off and take the key out it acts like its still in the on position for a few seconds and the egi relay starts buzzing. then stops, then starts in what seems like a pattern until i pull the pos cable on my battery. if i put it back on the car is simply off like its supposed to be. im not really sure what is going on. any ideas? im assuming its a short.
