So my horn stopped working a while ago, and now I gotta get the car inspected. The fuse is good, I haven't checked power to the horn itself yet.

I had to replace the steering wheel when I got the car because the idiot ricer who owned it before me put some cheap ass shitty wood grain steering wheel on it that had no horn button (which isn't legal). So I replaced the shitty ebay wheel with an OEM wheel. After that, when turning sharp to either side the wheel would creak a little, after a while it stopped doing it. That is about when the horn quit working. From what i've been reading, it sounds like the cable reel has gone bad in the steering wheel. Anyone ever replaced this? Know about how much they cost?
