91 celica gt-s

i have a 5sfe and i was wondering about my idle....it idles at about 1200 rpms...and won't go down could any body help

check for vaccuum leaks, i had the same problem with my 90 gt-s. After i replaced all vacuum system i could set it from 200 to like 3000.
I dont kno why there like that but they are.
