Ok this is what is going on when the car into gear the car jerks when i barely put some gas on it but it also does it when i let my foot off the gas im thinking it is the motor mounts or a combiniation of the motor mounts and the transmission mount. The feeling is kind of like a slam. Ive never had this problem on any car ive ever owned. Its a 90 integra with a b20 motor with a ls trans with a stage 1 clutch and lightend flywheel. Im pretty sure it could be the motor mounts casue they look kind of worn. Just looking for suggestions

sometimes the cv axles will cause this also if the inner or outer joints are worn....
