As a general rule of thumb you should retune after any mod made to keep your motor safe. As far as the fuel supply goes, a 240 guy will have to let you know.

you might want bigger injectors to be safe 370 is gona be almost at max flow for 10 psi and yea you should get a re tune either way cus you bump the boost up then it throws off the timing map and fuel maps and could cause lean conditions and detionation witch will wear out your motor and if it were to spike you could blow it up

your going to have shitty timing tables and if i re-call correctly youll be at 100% injector duty.
before i would raise the boost, get a wideband before you raise the boost so you know what AFR's your running.

when it is tuned it uses a standalone setup that is controled with a computer (by the tuner ) and while you drive or while on a dyno he datalogs each pull and makes all nessacary ajustments to the timming and fuel maps so your car will be safe while your out drivin or racing it

I would go to the dyno and set the boost to 9psi and see what the afr's are. Also, as others stated you will be maxing out your injectors at 10+psi.
