I know you said you installed your head gasket correctly, but are you sure you did the right torque sequence and the right number of times?

Also, if the head is still on the car, run to autozone and rent a compression tester and go from there.

Not sure how long he's had the car but the head gasket could've been replaced before he did any of that. Honda head bolts are supposed to be torque to yield but I know most people reuse them.

It sounds like coolant got into the crank case and hit the exhaust manifold and burned off. That could've been your white smoke. And with you saying it's not "catching" but its turning over, it sounds like no compression(Stock compression is ~190 by the way). Especially after all the work you did before+your symptons+your aftermath. After that, pull the wires and see if there's coolant in the spark plugs. Another reason its not firing over.

Also, if you do have compression on all four cylinders, suspect the intake manifold gasket.

That number for the compression reading can be misleading.

Focus on anything from ~150-190 being fair (i.e. 160, 162, 160, 161). As long as the readings are within a couple percentage points of each other, that is going to be your sign of a healthy motor.

That and if you test it hot vs. cold and WOT vs. closed throttle (closed being correct).

A leakdown test will be your next best bet to diagnose the problem if the compression seems off.
