Default 2000 Civic Grill Question

Im lookin to put in a new grill on my 00' ek. Does the entire front bumper need to come off to put it in? I took out all the fasteners on the oem grill but it wouldn't come off.

i know from experience that the front bumper does have to come off, there are i think two maybe four philips screws holding the grill into the front bumper.

there is also little clips that come off the top that hook to the front bumper. then there is four screws that hold the bottom of the grill to the bumper. you dont have to take the bumper completely off. you can take all the pop out tabs on the top of the bumper and grill then take the two screws off on the underside of the front fenders then you can pull the top part of the bumper down while its still hooked up under neath
