Default 1zzfe timing....

anyone know how to set timing on one of these i am fairly new to toyotas timing chain setups....i bought a manual and it is of no help maybe someone has a link that will help.....

Are you replacing the chain? If you have a MR2 Spyder, I'm pretty sure the 1ZZs are coil on plug ignition, so there is absolutely nothing you can set yourself.

yes i am replacing the chain im not trying to alter the ignition timing just to set it back to stock position
