Yes, it needs to be chipped first though. Are you asking this in general or because you want to use Hondata or Uberdata?

 

well i have a chiped p28, and i want to get it tuned, just wanted to make sure it was possible before i go make myself look like an ass

 

if its not chipped with a tuneable program, then no you cant, if you have like a mugen chip or something, you cant just go to a race shop that has a dyno and have someone tune it, you have to have a tuneable program like, hondata, uberdata,or whats that new shit jody told me about, neptune or some shit and the shop has the software or you have the software and a laptop, then you can have it tuned......
