How much should I spend for it? it's a virgin p28.

you might get lucky and find one for that price, but honestly your probably looking more like $100-$125range
but keep looking and you might find a deal.....

P06 and P28 are the same ECU, the P06 is missing the VTEC parts on the circuit board. They're identical though. Crome works fine.

Yes, if you need VTEC. There are people in the area who can do that for you. I used to do that, but I'm not in the area anymore.
