will 2000 SI with out power steering pass inspection?
I"M new in the area,planning on taking out my power steering and was just wondering if i'll pass the state inspection if i took out my power steering system?

yes you will pass, it is purely a creature comfort thing
btw next time you ask this question, before you do really, think "state safety inspection" is it safe, or does it have anything to do with safety, and hopefully common sense will help you come to a conclution, or ask anyway.
