check engine light 94 eg d16y8

car is sputtering badly until it warms up, afterwards seems to run fine, throwing a check engine light but with motor on or off with the key turned there is no light on the ecu flashing, it just got new NGK plugs and wires, any ideas?

its throwing a 09 code cylinder 1 pos sensor, anyone know where this is located?

It's in the distributor. Try a different distributor and if that doesn't fix it, it's probably a wiring problem.
