I am pretty sure all OBD 2 engine harnesses are a one piece design where it runs all the way to the ecu connectors ( under the dash obviously). The OBD1 harness should stop at the shock tower like you stated before.
Yea the itr motor in my car now is a obd2 which plugs up at the shocks tower..i just wanna know is the obd1 harness going to plug up there also when i change over the swap..putting a obd1 motor and harness in a obd2 car????
