Default Tachometer and speedometer not working

I have a 95 Civic Ex with a 2000 Integra LS motor, and my tachometer and speedometer both stopped working. They just both sit at 0. Any ideas what the problem could be?

VSS on top rear of tranny may have popped out or is disconnected.
