Default brake upgrade help

I have a 99 civic hatch and i did a full brake swap from an integra LS including control arm and suspention for the front and rear making my hatch four wheel disk brake. My problem is after bleeding the brakes i have a big gap from the point my foot hits the peddle to the point i actually start braking. I basically have to sink my foot all the way in to get the car to stop. I have bled the brakes over and over then took it to merchants to get the car bled professionally just in case i wasnt doing it correctly and still the same. please help!!

Maybe you need a better proportioning valve?
