Default axle removal

tryin to do a motor swap on my EG and i cant get the axles out of the spindals. already checked H-T some suggested more ass but i keep bending the pipes that im using to hold the spindal in place. FYI im trying to do this myself at the moment. Anyone think of another idea

you can skip that step if you want. Just remove the lower castle nut and swing the hub with axle still conected out of the way.

sorry forgot to mention its a b16a goin in and the motor that is coming out is a d15b7. i have to pull the axles off. if i didnt i woulda just disconnected them at the tranny

i just split the nut on the drivers side and tomorrow when i get off work im gonna split the other side

dude heres what i did when i had that problem, i was bending tire irons and everything trying to hold it still. what I did was take a bernzomatic torch and heat that nut up for like a minute or two, then when you have whatever hold the spindle in place just take a breaker bar or half inch ratchet and put like a 4-6ft pipe on it and turn, comes off like butta. you may not need the pipe but its what I used.

why not just put the wheels back on and put the car on the ground,and if that still doesnt work have someone hold the brake pedal to the floor
