man....it took me 3 weekends to learn the old track, I don't think I would ever get my line right on the new track.....

most if not all track events (schools) are on the weekends

 

I just got back from VIR. G&W Motorsports had a Fall Fling. 4 hours of track time over 2 days for about $225. It was a blast!

 

Can you give us more info on that group. Never heard of that.

We had a discount because of the amount of cars we had show up (11 Focuses), and the person on our side organizing the event knew someone there.

But even for 250 dollars, it was a great deal. And that even included a banquet dinner in their amazing shop.

Most of the drivers there were kind and curtious, except for a couple of people, like a Viper slowing a lot of people down and not letting them pass, and the GT2 that illegally passed me on the outside of a turn. But outside of those minor incidents, it was an great 2 days!

nope. But we did have one guy stop us to ask if this was a Spec-Focus competition. LOL
