Real vs. Fake
Saying that you only need to save up a "little more" to buy the real deals isn't always the case. Sometimes the "real deal" is quite a bit more than the knock-offs. With that said, I don't really care if someone buys knock-offs because it's not my money or my car, but don't try to pass them off as the real thing.
ASA for example produces BBS wheel designs under license.
The whole idea of "rare" is just stupid to me.
He has a point, even though I'm more inclined to buy a replica bumper or lip because of how much of a beating they take. The fitment on some of them is fairly good.
