This is the OP's friend who in the first post he said he refered me to him and i got screwed also. I recieved 2 kits and the ballastas were not working...i know this because my buddy swung by while i was installing them and all we did was switch ballasts and they worked. Now he doens't respond to my phone calls or text messages.

this is how it all started. I got refered to him by the OP. I paid for my HID's on May 3rd.

June 1st i email him stating that i never recieved anything and ask for an update on my order. I couldn't get through to him by phone.

June 2nd he emails me this:
"Hi Pat, Im gonna ship them around 3pm today. Chances are they will be to you thurs. Im gonna over night them before the cut off time. If I do they will be there tomorrow, worst thurs. Call me this evening for a tracken number."

A HUGE LIE!!

I then emailed him 2 times and never got a reply back...here are my 2 emails to him:

June 3rd:
"I didn't receive them today so i guess you shipped them after the cut-off. I just tried calling you to get the tracking but no answer. So i should be getting them tomorrow. Please email me the tracking number. I paid for these 1 month ago today."

June 11th:
"I still didn't receive or get a tracking from you. You say you shipped them last week...today is thursday...i should have gotten them by now if you shipped them last week. You HAVE to give me a tracking number or im going to get my money back. I don't want to do that but this is taking way too long. I paid for these 5 1/2 weeks ago and still didn't even get a tracking."

June 12th i call him and no answer...i text him and he tells me he's eating dinner with his gf and cant talk but told me they finally shipped out yesterday!

ANOTHER LIE!

June 18th i call him and he doesn't pick up. So i text him telling me to give me my tracking or i want my money back.

FINALLY..i recieve a tracking number and recieve my HID's. I paid for them May 3rd and he told me they shipped everyday when they NEVER shipped. Always lieing and making up excuses.

So i finally got around to installing them a couple weeks ago. Thats when i noticed the kits dont work and its a ballast issue. Now he is ignoreing me just like he's ignoring the OP. I called him twice today and texted him 4 fucking times. NO ANSWER!

 

wheww, sorry for your luck. I almost bought some through him but decided not too. glad I didnt go with him.

 

 

Sorry to see people had some shit with him. Ive done repeated business with him and have no issues with either of the kits Ive bought from him.

Would def like to hear the other side.

 

thats if the other side decides to step out of his cave and speak up...i called him twice yesterday and texted him 4 times...no answer.

and i would love him to actually come here and speak...cause there is no "other side". what i wrote are copy and paste of my emails that where straight lies about mailing my HID's. I have tons more texts and some emails and phone calls with him. How is there another story to lieing about shipping and then not replieing back for months.

He's probably just gonna come on here and pull another excuse out of his ass like he did when he texts me..."i just got back from a business trip" or "my girlfriend bla bla bla"

Yep this sounds about right. The dude shafted me on a set of HID's that I paid him for. Didn't send me a kit and kept giving me shipping lies for about 2 months. I basically had to threaten him and file a paypal dispute to get my money back.... Good luck.

 

First off, I am in the wrong here I will admit it. Your right, I have had your stuff and a few other's now for a little wile. Everything will be taken care of in the next few days. How ever let me go ahead and say sorry for the head ache. Sorry it came to this. Im not going to come on here and give a bunch of bs only facts. Any of my friends or people that KNOW me on this forum can vouch for. In the last few months I have been realllllllly busy. I havn't even had a chance to go out and have any fun with any of my friends, Kevz32 one of them always ask me to go on a cruise down the highway in each other's z's and go to car meets, go race, go do this and that. I honestly have NOT had any time to do much. You already know my grandpa had a stroke and I have helped with that and even helped him get into a nursing home and have been up there a bunch of times to check on him ect. I also have a house being currently built and I move into VERY shortly so packing up and getting things ready have been a must along with countless meeting's with the builder to go over each step that they have done ect. I also on my job found out we are closing my location so I have been putting in plenty of hours to help get things where they need to be before we close and I relocate to new place. Been pretty stressing and I know you dont give a shit and neither would I if I was in your place but facts are facts. I go out of town alot with alot of things, work, house, family ect. I promise you this. You will be taken care of, Just give me a little bit to get things worked out and I promise you will be taken care of ALOT sooner then you think. Sorry again.


Evolved Boost, thanks for posting. I do appreciate you taking the time to try to fix things on this forum. How ever. The kit's you bought were not purchased directly through me rather purchased through Do Work. If you have a issue I will take care of it by giving you the number/address to get in touch with my vendor to have your issue taken care of as I told you yesterday via your text. You will be taken care of. Feel free to call me tonight. You have my number.






Let me ask you something, Did you get taken care of? Yes. I tried everything for you to get you taken care of and we then agreed a refund would be best and I took care of it the day we set. Again sorry for it, but Im glad it worked out for you in the end.





Your not the only one. Ive sold over 1500 kits since I started. I got out of selling kits for a little wile because to many things going on in my life currently that don't give me much time to keep up with the sale's/demand I had at the time. I want to go on and say SORRY to anyone who has had a issue. Please PM me and I promise you will be taken care of. I already know pretty much who you are. Adam and Brandon as well you will be taken care of.

Do Work told me that you sold quality HID's...I then paypaled my money over to the address he gave. Everything else was between you and me. They got shipped from you to me...your the one pulling these lame excuses at me about how they shippe and lieing to me. There YOUR HID's! Not his.

And don't bullshit me and everyone else here saying you texted me. I texted you on Aug. 1st about this issue and you never responded. Then I called you twice yesterday and texted you about 3 times. You never replied back so that's another lie cause you never texted me yesterday.

 

what i think he meant to say is that yes they came from him but do work was the middle man? idk..jsut trying to comprehend what happened..i mean..he must have been doing something right if he has that many responses on his vendors page.
