First off it is a jail not a prison. And you are doing one day. You will sleep pretty much the whole time you are there.

If you sleep, sleep on your back and not your stomach.... If you're near a wall, keep your back to the wall. I laid with my back against the wall and my eyes towards everyone else. lol
