Best E46 M3 to date, hands down. I traded my '01 M5 in on it and don't regret it for a second. Better brakes, better suspension, more direct steering than the other E46 M3's. Plus it'll keep it's resale better since they come in very limited numbers.
My buddy has one exactly like mine (SMG, no sunroof, but all other options), and ran a 13.05 @ 107.8 *bone stock* about two weeks ago. They are great cars.
