My nephew just returned from an IA in Iraq for 9 mos. and the Navy had no quarters available for him (welcome home! right?).

He's older than his years (i.e. is very mature) and is a responsible individual/military member. He does not smoke, does not have pets, is financially responsible and has good hygiene (if you're an owner of a property as I am - though in Florida and Pennsylvania not here unfortunately - you know that this matters).

He's looking for a furnished 1 Bedroom (minimum, no more than 2 as it would exceed his budget) 1 Bathroom apartment. On street parking is fine. Duplex with perhaps a garage would be better of course.

Bottom line, it must be furnished. He'll be taking leave over Xmas, so move is preferred the 1st of January - however, depending upon the property to rent value, a sooner move in date requirement would not be a problem (i.e. immediate move in with him paying rent for December despite being gone).

If you know a realtor that is looking to occupy a property and is able to get my nephew a fair deal, please pass their number onto me either via reply or PM.

He is stationed at JFTCOM (Norfolk Naval Base more-less) so something close to there or close to his Aunt and I here in Virginia Beach (near Little Creek) is ideal, however, it won't be a deal breaker if that is not possible.

I will be contacting realtor's today, though I wanted to give an internal user/member here an opportunity to receive our business with higher priority if possible.
