I have decided to rent out one of the three rooms in my house. The guest bedroom is fully furnished with a brand new bed. There is also a night stand, dresser, and armoir that holds a tv.....tv is included. House has cox digital cable and internet. The renter will have their own bathroom right next to the room. Room is painted dark red and has a ceiling fan. The house is only 5 months old. House has a huge driveway, back yard, security system, etc. There is a large German Shepherd on the premises and one cat. I'm a private guy at home and expect the same for the most part. 750 includes the room, bathroom, fully furnished, electric, water, cable, etc....I will be using a contract for my own safety. Girls with big boobs preferred! I live just over the Va Beach line into Cheaspeake off Indian River.
