I have two cars; a 2008 Passat I bought for around 28K and a 2008 EOS (VW Hard top Convertable) I bought for about 32K. It's doing great it my neighborhood.
Since I live in a Cul de sac there isn't much traffic besides the people who live there. And the neighbors pretty much watch everyone's back. The lady two houses down from me came to my house around 1030pm to tell me I left my lights on. The neighbors are either really old or they work to damn much and all they do is hang out at home.
My neighbor to the right of me has an integra and a Lincoln Navigator (newer). The person across the street has like two motorcycles and a BMW.
No vandalism or anything since the 2 years I lived here. Another neighbor has a truck full of tools and appliances he uses for work and no one ever steals anything out of it.

Damn Charles, if your gonna leave all that stuff in the house, i might buy it!! haha, hey good luck with the sell.
As a friend, i can say that people don't mess with ur SH!3T around there. Good guy and wouldn't steel u wrong.

I just went and looked at the house today i can vouch for it. The house is very nice and the area is good. Just tht im looking more for a 2 floor house. Good luck on the sale who ever buys this will be very happy with it.
