nice looking house but have you thought about repainting the kitchen and family room? that might be a turn off

 

Well my wife likes the vibrant colors. I didnt like it at first but it grew on me. I'm way to busy to repaint, the next owners can do that

Update:

The wife and I decided to leave behind leather couches, 42" Samsung TV w/ Tilt mount, Kitchen table w/4 chairs, and possibly the bedroom set, and possibly our brand new LG washer and dryer (it's red with steam washer and dryer features).

How are the neighbors and such? Will a nice car be safe to sit in the driveway or are there some punk kids that will mess it up? I know the area, but not the neighborhood. How big is the yard? Is there fishing in that big ditch behind the house? Please let me know, thanks.
