i have a 84 nissan pick up 4x4 i just got and im looking for a new tranny .. anyone have one or know where one is let me know please .... btw its a 5 speed

 

What is wrong with it? I've had one out of a 91 apart (made a dumb mistake and screwed it up) but it really isn't that complicated. You will probably have your best luck in the trading post or craigslist. Otherwise, just call a junkyard.

 

u can always buy a rebuild kit. I'm goin to most likely order one from manual trans. I 4get the #. If you're looking for a motor i know where 1 is @. recently rebuilt but needs carb work. pm me But your best bet on a used trans is to go 2 a JY.

 

the 1st and 2nd shift forks are gone and maybe more cuz i drained the fluid and pieces of metal fell out
