i am interested in gettinto the off road world. i dont want to go crazy but i just want an idea of how to get started. i know i need a truck any suggestions? i dont want anything to big i wa checking out either a tacoma of an explorer sport track. any one know anything or have some input on which one i should go with?

Yea if you want to stay on the cheap side with plenty of parts availability stick with a Yota. And before you buy anything look for the parts that yuo will want to put on it.

Just as example, look for lift kits for that Sport Tack

also agree with most everyone . if ur going to wheel hard get something solid axle . . . also don't go bigger then recommend tire size for the axles . . .

yotas and old jeeps well not too old, but not that new crap they got out now, dont lift it and put huge tires on it right away, my advice would be go out and learn out the truck handles and gain experience first......then go big!
